T'ai-Chi & Meditation Retreat on Holy Island
Wednesday 30 August 2006 at 8:52 pm Union Instructor Sue Weston sent some photos and a wee report of the T'ai-Chi & Meditation Retreat on Holy Island, West Scotland this August.We were practising Chinese Medical Qigong on the shore of Holy Island overlooking the bay to the Isle of Arran. We had a wonderful week on this unspoilt Island. And we were very spoilt: there was a vegetarian cooking course happening at the same time
as my course, so the food, always, good, was magnificent! And the cooking complemented the Medical Qigong we were practicing. A truly holistic and healthy week.

Tai Chi in the Park
Monday 07 August 2006 at 09:52 am Union instructor Mark Peters set us these photos of his Tai Chi in the park event. About 100 people attended.It was filmed for Gardener's world and will be shown on TV on August 18th.
